Hey Brendan and everyone at Dragonfruit Media!

My name is Florin and what draws me to this role is that it sits right where I’ve been spending most of my career: high volume production, strong systems, and making complex creative work actually happen.

For the past seven years, especially as Head of Production at Be Amazed Media, I’ve managed editors, writers, voice actors, you name it, while being mindful of budgets, schedules, and deadlines across multiple channels.

My earlier experience on set working on films and commercials also helped me think on my feet, adapt quickly, and guide people through busy, fast-changing situations.
